*side note - I realize I haven’t blogged our vacation yet, but I promise it is next on my list!  I hit the ground running as soon as we got back, so I haven’t had a chance to sit down and write up a proper summary of our trip to Disney World.  Hopefully those pics will be next!

For now, here’s a teeny sneak peek for my fabulous family from this morning.  I photographed this baby girl 1 year ago this month as a newborn - amazing how fast the last year has gone by.  (that’s her in the orange hat in the blog header!)  She is just as adorable as she was then.  Thank you G family for once again entrusting your memories of R to me - I just adore her!

Happy Heart Day :)  The valentines are sent out, the heart-shaped cookies are made (not sure who had more icing on them, C or the cookies!).  Tomorrow we leave for 6 glorious days to Walt Disney World…ahhhh.  It has been a long winter already, and we are dying to see the sun!  We’re giving C a whole week of our undivided attention before it becomes a thing of the past :)  While we are beyond thrilled to add to our family in just 12 weeks (gasp!), we also know it will be a big adjustment for a certain little girl to not be the center of our world anymore.  So…off we go to spoil her rotten for a week :)  She’s pretty excited about going back - she even has a Cinderella dress to wear when she goes to the castle to meet this famous princess.  I’m thinking the 2 hour flight is going to be filled with “are we there?”  “where’s Cinderella?”  but most importantly…”where’s the pool?”  LOL! 

Because this is a family trip for us, we’re unplugging ourselves from work.  However, I’ll make sure to return all emails as soon as we get back.  You can expect to hear from me a week from Monday at the latest.  In the meantime, have a great weekend and enjoy your Valentine’s Day with those little ones!

Isn’t she the sweetest?  She didn’t want to fall asleep for the longest time, but when she finally did - she curled up like a pro
