Birth Day.
I’ve been working on this for quite some time now. I’ve probably watched this 50 times already, and I still tear up every time :) I’m so grateful to have these images to remember one of the most life-changing days of my life. Even though this was our third child, because it was my first drug-free birth, I felt like it was the first time I truly experienced all that giving birth encompasses. Not to say that my other births weren’t amazing and beautiful - they were. For me, this was just such a different experience that it is hard to even put into words. I’ll let the slideshow tell our story…

BTW- love the song choice. Thanks for sharing that...It's especially special to ME b/c I highly doubt we (I) will be able to experience something like that ourselves...(altho, I did a few times in nsg school...but, that isn't that same when it's total strangers. HA). Thanks again, for sharing....Love ya all (07/27/09, 8:31 pm)
